The food was in another part of the lobby and it made it tough for us to have an interactive show. I'm told people were dancing and having fun, I just couldn't see them have said fun. Regardless, Lindsay and I had a good time and everyone there was so nice.

Perhaps having a better set up for the guests. It was employee appreciation week, and Blue Shield wanted their employees to feel appreciated. I think there was a lot going on in a separate room, and maybe us being in the other place might have been a bit better. Considering we had to turn down quite a bit because security asked us to. Everyone was smiling when we left so I am thinking they could still here us!

Lindsay and I sounded great, and we kept smiling and playing for the 4 people that were in and out of our space. I wouldn't say we played an interactive show. We got a few requests, but I couldn't see anyone guest wise. Lindsay and I never gave up on trying to get people to come back in with their food and play along, but no one really returned. On top of that we were asked to be pretty quiet from security, so by my standards, I'm not sure we were able to give our client a real "Felix and Fingers Show" Then again, we got a lot of compliments from guests and fellow vendors that we were amazing and had a great time...so yeah. Blog Note 1

Really, and truly some of the nicest clients I've ever played for. So accommodating and friendly. Cassie was a terrific host and I enjoyed playing for her

Blog Note 2

We were playing Blue Shield's Town Hall and it was streamed to various locations across California, which I thought was pretty cool. They had an "entertainment team" of two people going around and giving a play by play of what was going on in the room, as well as interviewing employees in a red carpet sort of way. We got the privilege of playing the fanfare for the interviewers to launch the town hall. That was pretty neat

Blog Note 3

Got a small tour of the facilities and found their work gym to be really cool and really nice. You can tell they care about their employees and want to create a great work environment.
