Manage Handwrytten Notes

This was clearly a very special party attended by some close knit, friends, because nearly all of the attendees stuck around for the entire party! It was so much fun to see them enjoy each other‘s company so much.

Considering the intimate size of this gathering, there was no shortage of great songs requested! Some of my favorite gigs are the ones where the audience seems to be able to tap into the musicians, brains and classic, fun, sing, sing-along hit songs. This was one of those gigs.

I had so much fun playing with Jordan. During set up, we bonded over a shared musical theater background. During the show, we played off each other really well, had good banter, and harmonized a lot. Our easy-going natures and Midwestern roots made us a well-matched pair of duelers.
