Since a lot of people left early due to heating issues, I would just test the waters first. However, the people who did stay said they had the most fun.

The barn venue was gorgeous with exposed beams and elegant Chandelier lighting. The juxtaposition of rustic and elegance was a nice balance

I appreciated Angela Horner’s, the 2025 President of the company, inaugural speech stating the venue was chosen for the event because there was a connection:
Katie Frye Owns the property (events at Bella Vista) and was the first woman broker of the pan handle. Angela’s theme was legacy and this small connection was an example.

Every seat was provided with a traditional pepperoni roll- I didn’t know what it was, but it’s a West Virginia thing dating back to the early days where wives would bake bread with pepperoni in the center to put in their coal miner husbands’ lunchbox.

It was freezing. FREEZING. In the venue. They had multiple split AC units but it was not sufficient. It couldn’t have been more than 55°F in the venue. I do not recommend booking gigs here in the Cold winter months. Or if we do, the players should be provided an additional heat source.
