Blog Note 1 | A Festive Start to Crisdel’s Holiday Party The Crisdel Holiday Party began in Tampa with a violinist playing enchanting holiday tunes, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere. Guests mingled, enjoying drinks and festive vibes. At 7:30 PM, our dueling pianos took over, adding lively energy to the evening. With dinner being served, we kicked off with holiday classics, setting the stage for an unforgettable night of music and celebration. |
Blog Note 2 | Crisdel Guests Join the Musical Fun As our dueling piano show progressed at the Crisdel Holiday Party, holiday tunes turned into popular sing-alongs. Guests clapped, sang, and shared song requests, fueling the evening's energy. A highlight came when we invited a guest to play a hilarious one-note solo during Don’t Stop Believin’. The crowd loved it, laughing and cheering. The night was filled with music, fun, and holiday cheer! |
Blog Note 3 | Extending the Joy at Crisdel’s Holiday Party Just as we were ready to conclude our set at Crisdel’s Holiday Party, the organizers asked us to extend our performance by 30 minutes—and we were happy to oblige! The extra time allowed for more requests and sing-alongs, ending the evening on a high note. Guests, staff, and organizers shared glowing compliments about the night, making it a truly magical holiday celebration. |
Other Notes | Venue pros: we plug straight into the house so no main speakers needed for setup. Cons: space was very tight. Bar was behind me and at one point one of the guests got a little inebriated and elbowed me across the back of the head. I kindly asked that they leave the space behind me clear but maybe some sort of barrier (perhaps stanchions) at bar on both sides of player so guests cannot be directly behind piano player would be helpful. |
