Manage Handwrytten Notes

This was an event for the Chicago Meat and manufacturing associations. Annual gala dinner. The 87th event of the same name .

The event was held at the Rivers casino in Des plaines, Illinois, at the event space on their third floor. It's a beautiful open room with wonderful lighting and fixtures, they had a stage for us and a dance floor, it was perfect!

Obviously the people involved are in the meat industry, so they provided their own steaks for everyone, which were of course delicious. We were treated to dinner, and then we began playing requests! We didn't stop until the very end of the night, with a full dance party and a ton of fun.
