I got the PDF the day before the gig. This simply cannot happen with a wedding. Weddings are stressful enough without having to learn songs and build playlists on the way to the gig.
I pulled it off but It would have been much better had I been prepared.

It was really fun to play song I didn't know from Pirates of the Caribbean for the ceremony. Good musical selection!

It was fun getting people prepped for the DJ during the 15 minutes leading up to the DJ set. People started dancing to September and Dancing Queen right before I introduced the DJ.

The wedding planner was very helpful to me. She provided me with excellent communication and cues for both the ceremony and reception.
