Client was unhappy with the size of the mini shells and had an expectation for a singalong sheet music book they passed out that was not communicated.

The client was unhappy with the piano shell situation and was a hard to read, we ended about 15 minutes early so not sure if they were unhappy with the turnout of the event.

The event took place is the stunning, open Griffin ballroom at the JW Marriott, with guests dressed in their finest black tie outfits. The piano singalong show took place in the intimate foyer and a rowdy DJ dance floor captivated the rest of the event in the adjacent ballroom

One of the patrons brought lyrics from home to pass around to all the guests to join in on his favorite Hank Williams tune "Jambalaya" to celebrate the guests from Louisiana.

Guests crowded around the piano with songbooks full of popular singalong classics to join together in a cozy, fireside type chorale of numbers such as "California Dreaming" "Sweet Caroline" "Bye Bye Love" and the Monkees "I'm a Believer"

I explain more in the reimbursement section, but client was unhappy with mini shell size and I had to scramble to rent a larger shell. Which they were still not completely satisfied with.

I was set up by 5 and went to attend to other matters but was forced to remedy this day of causing me to have to be changing gear out 30 minutes before the event start.
