Midnight Gem is a beautiful, relatively brand new event space. It is perfect for weddings as it has a dedicated ceremony spot just outside, with a large indoor hall that has the BEST air conditioning.

I could probably eat the food every day. Between the smoked chicken, salmon couscous, and amazingly flavorful brisket, there was something for everyone. Even the grilled vegetables and Mac n cheese were rock stars.

The bride and groom really love to dance. They had choreographed their first dance, and just jammed with every other guest the rest of the evening.
