Manage Handwrytten Notes

The itinerary was not ideal. Specifically leading up to the ceremony. By the time we got to the ceremony location to begin setting up we had literally 2-3 minutes left before the officiant began the ceremony. I had to sprint to setup the bailout camera to hit record. We had no time to mic up the groom or test audio.

The order of events during the reception were also odd. Splitting up the first dances did not seem efficient. Also once it got dark the venue lights were basically non existent which made it hard to capture facial expressions and such.

Overall the day started out at a great pace (maybe too slow) but once the bridal party portraits in the arboretum began the rest of the day was very rushed. I will also say the couple and wedding party definitely had a fun day and likely didn't notice these issues I mentioned.

Just improve the timeline of the itinerary so that we are able to better prepare to do our jobs and further satisfy the client with a higher quality end product.
