Manage Handwrytten Notes

This fundraiser, for teachers and staff at Holy Trinity school in Ft. Madison, was held in a beautifully decorated church banquet hall. Judi and others met with us pre-show and made sure we got our meals and went over the program.

During dessert it was time for the live and silent auctions. Big props to the pro auctioneer Mason, for his awesome work in the live portion. He auctioned off a dozen items in no time and gave a nice lead-in to our show.

We had the tips and requests flowing from the get-go, and a full jar of donations for them at the end of the night. We definitely had the most fun with Linda the recent retiree and her friend Karen, who belted out some Carol King on the mic. I also have to shout out the school principal, who gave us his best Risky Business move as he slid in to announce the silent auction winners. A real fun group!
