The client didn't get any contact from F&F the week of the gig, so he wasn't sure when we were showing up. That resulted in him calling the sales rep multiple times at 6:45 when we arrived at 7pm. There just needs to be a clear order of operations for new/occasional bar gigs- including someone contacting them the week of to clarify expected playing times (making sure our times match the time they've advertised) and to inform the client about our load in times and break expectations. | |
