Manage Handwrytten Notes

It was a super rainy day in florida. Rained the whole way on i4 so im glad i gave myself a head start to the venue. I got to the venue which i was interested in seeing because it said its in a warehouse on the pdf. Well it was a really cool venue in a warehouse with different rooms with a huge video wall and there was a stage in front of the video wall.

We had so much time after our set up because the 1st two parts of the event were in two different parts of of the warehouse. I set a speaker out in the cocktail hour area and played holiday music. And then an hour later moved to the dining area . And the third reveal was great because the people eating still didnt know there was a musical suprise after dinner.

Both the event management team of the warehouse and the client for Super Sport Classic were so helpful and the set up looked amazing. The reveal was great as they opened the doors from the dinner area into the big room we has the pianos set up in. It must of been like walking through charlie and the chocolate factory for the guests.

Were got some normal requsts and some that i actually looked forward to playing and never played but we got through them wonderfully. People danced sang participated and had a great time.

I was worried about getting the equiptment back in the car because it still hadnt stopped raining and it was raining much worse than the light sprinkle during set up . But i was somehow able to back my car just enough by one inch to not get soaked. Otherwise i dont know how much longer i would have had to wait there to put the equiptment back in my car since it rained the whole night even during my ride back
