Many people came up and gave requests.

Some fun songs that got requested were Baby Got Back, Don’t Stop Believing and This Is How We Do It.

Helped the client by modifying our start/end times and timing it up with their speeches.

I think they enjoyed listening to the music while they ate.

A couple of minor things with the planner. We had confirmed our arrival time but she didn’t update it on her end and also didn’t update the point of contact either. They also had arranged for us to eat before the show but we didn’t end up getting to eat until after. Fortunately I went next door and bought us both a cup of soup. Was also told that the client was going to cover parking which they did not.
