Manage Handwrytten Notes

This show, CH Wilson company's Christmas party, had a best-ever load in! The performance area was right by the backdoors of the fairgrounds event center, and we were set up and sound checked in about thirty minutes.

Cindy, owner of the trucking company, met us on site. She was great about filling us in on the program, reminding us they wanted a clean show, and getting us in the front of the dinner line.

The night's program was light, and handled efficiently just like you'd expect from a company of truckers and dispatchers! Just about 10 minutes of awards and speeches after the buffet dinner, and we were able to start the piano show a few minutes early.

This was a smaller Christmas party, but we quickly had a nice group of both young and adult attendees up from their chairs, dancing to Abba and singing along to Grease, as well as rocking out to "Duelling Banjos" and modern country hits.

Cindy made sure we include two birthday boys in the show, company employees and twins Brandon and Dustin. Jake handled that expertly with the classic (and clean!) call down "My Bonnie", and their attempts to keep up with the stand-ups and sit-downs was the night's highlight.
