Manage Handwrytten Notes

Our setup location was a bit up in the air when we arrived - especially for an event like this where we are in a long hallway near elevators/escalators, I would have brought my wireless transmitter and put another speaker further down the hallway had I known this might help!

We were in the foyer area outside the ballrooms where dinner/awards were held - while our setup area was a bit up in the air at arrival, I think our choice was the right one as it allowed for folks to gravitate to the music or toward the second bar, and most folks seemed to appreciate that.

We were provided a dinner buffet for the entertainment and other vendors which was fantastic.

No requests during the first hour while folks were gathering, but following the dinner and awards, we started right as folks had gotten a fresh drink and began to gather near the pianos, which was perfect to get folks moving.

Shut up and dance/play that funky music were two of the tunes that seemed to really get folks excited

There were a couple photographers hired by the group that probably captured some solid pics of us and the crew - may be worth reaching out to them to get some better photos and to see how our setup was able to interplay with the event.

Sheraton staff is always fantastic to work with upon arrival and load in.

Also, I do have a couple pictures of the setup, but I’m not sure they fit the blog requirements for photos. But if you’d like to visualize the setup I’m happy to share.
