One of our favorite venues in Iowa! Little lights is the perfect wedding /event venue.

They set up almost all of their music on this beautiful patio. And the bar has an opening. It's a great setting

Everyone had accesss to the food trucks and the bar for the first bit and reserved seating as well.

Once we started up, the requests were awesome! We played so many fun sing alongs and some weird stuff too. Like the wellerman

At the end the staff and some younger folks started a dance party ending with a 20 minutes Taylor swift medley

The communication about this gig was troubling to me. I asked the sales team member about timing on the gig as it was a late arrival. He mentioned 6-10. Then informed us the morning before that is was actually 5-11. The form was submitted less than 24 hours before the event, giving us little time to prepare for any unforseen issues or requests, and then upon arrival, we were told no, it was actually supposed to be from 6-9:30, and the venue would.keep music on after. And the venue manager told me there never was a call that was completed, instead just a back and forth about details.

I don't want to throw anyone under the bus. It was a last minute gig that was very low stress. Public/ticketed event. But we looked lazy because we were just sitting around following our form timeline when the client expected us to be working , all because we didn't have good communication going into the gig.
