Blog Note 1 | The venue was probably one of the cooler venues I’ve played in. Cute little stage and a beautiful room. |
Blog Note 2 | There was a wide range of ages there. We had everyone from 7 years or so all the way up to 70. People needed a second to get into the show but soon enough we had them dancing. |
Blog Note 3 | Since we only had about an hour and a half to play music, we had to get them going quick. Balancing a bunch of off the wall requests and some go to songs to keep the crowd singing and dancing. |
Blog Note 4 | The bride and groom loved country and especially 90’s country. We had a good amount of 90’s music all around, *NSYNC, notorious big, and brooks and dunn. |
Blog Note 5 | They didn’t want us to stop, unfortunately even though we played 5-10 minutes over, it was time to be done but I had a good amount of people take my card. Wonderfully nice people |
Other Notes | If they wanted to have the focus to be more on dancing, personally the best way to do that is to have a drummer involved.. or at least a drummer/drum set there.. I could tell they wanted to dance more but was missing a beat |
