Our performers, Jake Ashey and Will Krieger, played a knock-out show at their Schlitz Audubon Society Wedding Event. With six miles of hiking trails and a 60-ft. observation tower, your Bayside, Wisconsin event is encapsulated within nature. Truly stunning indeed.
Schlitz Audubon Society Wedding Event Bayside Wisconsin
Once a farm for the Schlitz Brewery draft horses, Schlitz Audubon Nature Center is Milwaukee’s most comprehensive nature center. This spring marks Schlitz Audubon’s 50th Anniversary. The Audubon Society would love to see you celebrate the milestones from their last five decades.
Above all, Felix thought the green buildings were amazing, called the Dorothy K. Vallier Environmental Learning Center, named after their founder. If you would like further information on the Schlitz Audubon Society, please click here.
Favorite Moments and Giant Tortoises
What can we say? This wedding event was awesome. Especially because it was held in a gorgeous nature centric venue, overlooking a lake. The perfect setting indeed. The bride and groom had hired a string quartet to provide music for both the ceremony and cocktail hour. Clearly some memorable moments. There was a GIANT tortoise by the front of this building. This tortoise was a major hit with our guests. Better than any photo booth we’ve seen.
Jake led in piano all night, and it was indeed was fantastic. He threw in a ton of jokes throughout the night. Our audience ate him up. It was amazing to see how Jake invited the whole crowd to participate singing in different ways. Not just singing the chorus, but the whole song all together. This was incredibly creative of Jake. All in all, we could tell the crowd was totally into it. Oh yeah, the bride and groom performed their first dance to Moonlight by King Harvest. A breathtaking moment during our show.
As Felix performed Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen, including the guitar solos, our crowd became very excited. They all started singing along. Whether it was singing all the “Galileo’s”, or the “Mama! Ooooo…” this audience was totally into it. Felix and Fingers wish Jacob and Mackenzie a lifetime of love and happiness!
