Pfister Hotel Wedding
Alison and Jonathan chose this beautiful old hotel for their wedding. Both the wedding and the reception took place in the 7th floor ballroom. It is a gorgeous space. The giant chandeliers and other decorations create an atmosphere of elegance. One cannot find something quite like this nowadays. It definitely created nostalgia for a past time and gave the wedding an air of sophistication. 
The staff at the Pfister was led by Mickey. He made sure everything stay organized and on schedule. His staff was excellent and made the day so pleasant for all of the guests. The food was amazing. One particular special touch was that the salads were wrapped and held together with a cucumber. Also, instead of cake, there was a wonderful assortment of delicious cupcakes. A Lovely Wedding and Reception
Jonathan and Alison’s wedding began with a beautiful reading from the bride’s cousin. It centered around being the wife of a police officer and there were some teary eyes due to its touching nature. After the beautiful ceremony, the reception began and the fun didn’t stop. 
The bride and grooms first dance was especially notable. The couple had been taking lessons and performed a choreographed routine that they had learned. Following this adorable moment, 90’s music was the hit of the night and the dance floor was packed. It was a great dance party. There were a lot of 20/30 somethings there and they danced non stop. The 90’s medley was especially successful, and it was one of the more crazy “Shout” renditions. To top it all off, late night pizza was served and was very welcome after a night full of dancing.
