Metropolis Resort Wedding
We can’t say enough about this venue. It is now, for certain, one of our favorites. What a great place to have any event, especially a wedding. Our grooms, Joshua and Mark, thought so too. In fact, halfway through the evening, they raced each other on the go-carts. This is one fun couple with equally fun guests! But more about the venue. We found a spacious and well-decorated ballroom that was just about perfect. They had delicious cuisine and the staff was super nice. We always appreciate helpful staff members. So Much To Say
We noticed some great wedding ideas at Mark and Joshua’s wedding. First, they had created a special logo for their big day. Secondly, they gave doggie treats as a take home token. How cute is that? Finally, we have to report that both guys had a special dance with Grandma Donna. This was quite touching and the guests just loved it.
But after those dances the party heated up and was still going even after we left. It might still be going on for all we know! We finished an awesome dueling piano set and followed it with two hours of DJ-ing. This crowd did not stop dancing and singing the whole night. In fact, as we were walking out the door, they had all moved to the bar and it didn’t seem like anyone was soon leaving. Luckily, the reception space was on the same floor as their hotel rooms so no one had very far to go.
