As the second booking of your group for our company, I was surprised to see our previous concern to go unaddressed. Again we had a lack of audio cables plug in multiple channels from your mixer into our house sound. As we have a 3rd booking in November I hope to see this finally addressed.

I wish the emails for payment and the contract came from Felix and Fingers or let me know it comes from that different email address. it often gets missed.

Everything went great, I was very pleased with the process.

Include both payment options in without having to ask for a credit card option after the initial invoice.

Only advice would be to make sure everyone is ready for the first dances before beginning to play the music.
Otherwise you guys were great and everyone loved you.

It was honestly so perfect. The only request I'd make is allowing the bride and groom to choose more than 5 songs. I was not at all able to leave my guests (or take much of a bathroom break, tbh) and it would be nice to have requested a few more songs to be played throughout the night.

We had the absolute best time. I have no recommendations as you guys were phenomenal to work with! You were there for us and our guests and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The initial booking process was smooth and easy and event day was pure perfection. However, the preparation for and time leading up to the event felt a little disorganized. I had been talking to one team member about event details, but then an unrelated team member called me for the planning meeting and wasn’t aware of any of the details I had previously discussed. The team also told me they lost my check and asked me to put a stop to it even though my Finance team confirmed the check had already hit our account.

Only thing I would recommend is the planning process. I feel like I talked to several coordinators and I wish I could have talked to the band before day of. But everything else was fantastic!
