Everything went very smoothly. We hated for the show to end

The piano portion of the evening "missed the mark" meaning the performers did not engage the group. Their playing and singing talents were excellent. The DJ portion was worse, until our A/V group saved the day to assist your DJ to get the crown going and then the dance floor was full.

We thorughly enjoyed the event. Your players did a great job of keeping everyone entertained and engaged. The event went off without a hitch! Thank you for a fablous evening. I will highly recommend your group to other Edward Jones regions!

The final meeting was very helpful to clarify my expectations and none of the information was passed onto the performers. Ex. One less groomsman but he was still announced and I wanted an anniversary dance but it was never announced.

I was also told the end would be DJ but the songs were way too long, not mixed, not managed at all to keep energy up and performers were cleaning up stage the whole time very distracting.

Can't think of a thing! We are so beyond pleased and loved everything!

Intro song was not downloaded so had to wait for internet to re connect. Would suggest having those timely songs downloaded.

There was little to no issues throughout our experience with Felix and Fingers.
The only item that I would suggest or review for your company is your online forms for customers to fill out prior to meeting with the scheduled performer.
There appeared to be inconsistent times were the system frozen or won't confirming saving.
There were some questions that did not apply, but there was not an option to click N/A.
There were multiple questions that I felt after my selection - I wanted to include more details to avoid any confusion to my response.
Therefore, as we continued filling out the online forms, we just made some side notes to discuss with our performers to prevent any confusion.
