It was a great event. We received several positive comments. It was at times hard to understand what you were saying (in the back of the house) but I feel it was due to the venue size. If it was a nice day and we were able to use the patio (as we planned) this may of alleviated that situation.

We felt you guys did a fabulous job! The only comment my husband had would be in planning the event it would be nice to know the availability of your different performers in order to choose who you want to play at your function. The two we had (Duncan and Greg) did a great job but it might be nice to know who else you could choose from and who were available.

Very happy with Felix and Fingers overall. Everyone was very professional, fun, flexible, and positive. Our guests enjoyed something "different" and seemed to enjoy how interactive it was. Thank you!!

For our other vendors, we do have some "helpful tips", but this was not the case for Felix and Fingers. They were critical in offering advice for the timeline of the day while personalizing it for us. . From the videos I'd seen of Felix and Fingers, I wondered how they would go over with our mostly non-drinking guests. No issues there. Everyone remarked on how great the music was. And I loved the pictures and video that Katie and Rob took. No one else had captured these moments!

There were a few minor issues with the ceremony music, but nothing that bothered me too much.

Continue being flexible to the events and budget. The option of getting Robert worked great for our need. Our budget wouldn't allow us to get the dueling, but the you guys worked with what we had and it turned out to be the best option and worked great.

No improvements. Everything went off smoothly without a hitch. From the hiring process, to walk-through conference calls, to the performance itself, everything was perfect.

Nothing. We used you for our daughter's wedding reception in October 2016 and I have been waiting for a reason to use you again. I love the concept and everyone at our event made good comments about the piano music.
