Honestly, everything was great! The phone call I had with Duncan before hand, he was easy to talk to and he helped guide me through decisions I wasn't sure how to answer, and the day of, everything was everything I had hoped for!

Planning with F&F was fantastic, you were accommodating and willing to work with us to propose something that fit within our budget. The only advice I would give is to advertise more of the various options that people might not know about. I was very pleasantly surprised when I learned that there was an option for a piano and drummer and that really helped set you above and beyond any other dueling piano show.

We really don't have anything to say here. The sales and planning process went smoothly and the show was AMAZING!!

If there was some way to streamline the communication a little more.. we had a couple different email chains that made it a bit confusing at times BUT you all were VERY responsive which made the communication process that much easier/better.

Also the intention was planning on the show to last until 12:00 but they quit at exactly 11:30 so a bit disappointing.

Nothing. My husband, guests and I all loved it. We had such a great time!

We had a great time with Felix and Fingers. Mike was so easy to work with, and after a quick planning phone call the week before the event, I was fully confident that it would be a great evening. We had several guests rave about how talented both pianists were, taking requests from all genres and playing songs that they had never tried before.

My only suggestion for improvement would be with the online survey that was filled out. The survey was sent so far in advance before the event, that I wasn't sure on many of the details yet. We ended up going over many of the same questions on the phone call anyways, so I would suggest waiting until the month of the event before sending out the survey.

You guys were amazing! The show was great! Only thing I would change, is bringing up the tips for honeymoon fund! The way it was presented, some of my guests thought they had to pay for a request. We the honeymoon fund was a great idea, just make it known it is not necessary.

If you recall, our reception got so messed up because of the bus breaking down. Everything went crazy and got all messed up (thank you for doing your best to catch up, it was greatly appreciate)

From the experience of our event, because our photographer took us out for photos right after dinner (we were gone over an hour) It would have been nice if you started the show. I know you may have wanted our approval (but we would have been ok if you did start, even though we did not get our first dance in yet). We had a lot of people leave during this gap and they missed the AWESOME show you preformed, because they did not know what they were going to miss out on. We spent soooooo much money on you guys, and it was a bummer so many of our guests left before they even knew what was coming. I would have been fine if we had to dj at the end. I just feel we lost a big part of the show because of what happened with the bus and led to the guests leaving. ( I know there are bridezillas lol but we are pretty laid back.) it would have been nice if you just took initiate to get the crowd moving, with us being grabbed and taken everywhere. I just feel like because of the bus issue, we lost out on what we paid for.

The only thing we could think of was possibly listing somewhere the multiple price options. We had only one "dueling piano" and i don't remember seeing that price anywhere. We just ended up asking for it.

We loved everything about the experience of working with you! The survey to help plan was great and really helped us with outlining our whole day. Thanks so much for making our day so wonderful!!!!!!!

It truly is hard to pinpoint a certain area that could use improvement. Honestly!
It was an honest, genuine, and comfortable experience working with F & F. From the moment I initially made a call to inquire about the services and getting to speak with Mike P. (the owner and lead musician) to the moment I thanked them for the best wedding entertainment I have ever experiences I had about planning out the day came to ease once I had the teleconference the week of the wedding as Mike P made recommendations and made worries fly out the window.
