I was so satisfied with everything. The only thing I could recommend is making the questionnaire a little easier to access instead of having to send it to your email and access it that way.

I don't have anything useful to add. It was easy to book, you guys kept in contact with us and it went very smoothly.

I thought Felix and Fingers to be very professional and Robert was awesome. You are doing a great job and so nothing to suggest.

We thought the whole process went very smoothly. The only concern we had was very early on in getting confirmation that our date was available.

Was under the impression it would be a dueling piano show. With comedy, dancing, interacting between the performers but on the night of our event it felt more like a wedding show. It was loud in our ballroom with members engaging in conversation but it was very hard to hear performers throughout the ballroom and sometimes it sounded like the volume went out. We sadly had members leave shortly after the "show" started. We received mixed reviews from our members. Some like it and had a great time with their fellow friends and some were very disappointed on the showmanship and quality of the show. If we were to re-book I would suggest using our own AV equipment and have a better understanding of the show.

Honestly, everything was absolutely perfect. You guys did an amazing job!

Working with this team was an absolute dream. I don't have any advice on improvements. Mike was fantastic at making sure everything got taken care of. Robert and Duncan were amazing throughout the entire night. The guests raved about what a fun experience it was. Beyond just playing the pianos, these guys were able to adapt to just about anything and also snapped some great pictures. I could go on and on for days about how great my experience was. Nothing negative or improvements to make!

Everything worked out wonderfully for us! Easy to book, easy to coordinate with, and super fun to watch and enjoy. Our audience was thrilled and so were we.

Everything was great. My only small concern was that we didn't have much contact leading up to the wedding, so I was a little nervous since I had never met you guys. Maybe just a touch point 8-12 weeks out, but everything truly was great.

Our favorite part of the show was how the performers interacted with the crowd during songs, if you could incorporate more of those types of events it would keep the flow of the night.

Other than that we were extremely happy with how everything turned out.

Let me start with, it was worth every penny to have you out for our wedding! However, I’m not sure what you charge for private events or corporate parties but I have a more limited budget with those things. So I wish I could have you guys out for all of the events, but not sure that I could afford that! Haha. But maybe something that would be cool for someone like me (and I bet I’m not the only one!) would be some sort of loyalty program. Let’s say I book you guys a couple times throughout the year, then x show is half off, or something like that. It would be worth it to you to be booked by someone you have an established a relationship with and worth it for the consumer because there is a financial benefit down the road. Or maybe book you again within a year and get a discount?

I thought the gift card in exchange for the reviews online was pretty awesome. I was already going to review you, but to add all platforms and get a gift card was a no brainer and helps you guys in the process. Win-win! Love that!

Paying online via quickbooks was super easy. I also appreciated the reminders to do things (pay you, set up the phone meeting, etc) as the wedding got closer because I had a million things going on. It was nice to have gentle reminders so I didn’t unintentionally miss any deadlines for you guys.

All in all, you killed it and I want to have you at all my parties! Haha. I see more gymnastics & Yacht club parties in your future. Get excited! 😉

There is nothing to improve, everything was amazing!! 🎉 Robert and Duncan were great emcees and made the wedding festivities flow smoothly 👰🏻🤵. They are truly talented; they made the night fun and energized the crowd. 🤩They are also funny. I continue to receive compliments on how much fun people had at our wedding!! 💃🏻🕺🏼 I highly recommend Felix and Fingers/Robert and Duncan to anyone who is looking for guaranteed crowd-pleasing entertainment at their wedding or event! 👍🏻
