The group did a great job. We are a tough crowd in that we have an extreme with age groups and backgrounds, so hard to find a great fit and I think they did a nice job in getting different crowds involved. The addition of the games and the running of the ugly sweater contest was great. The only change would be to possibly have them start playing a little sooner, as I think we lost a few people who finished the meal earlier than others and left before we got the entertainment started.

I really enjoyed having Felix & Fingers play at my wedding. Everyone was so kind throughout the entire process. The music was great, the hosting was lively, and they seemed truly happy to be there on our day. We loved every minute of having the F&F team play our wedding!

Seriously everything was awesome and I can't think of any improvements! You all were so easy to work with and stuck to the timelines you set from the very first time we talked.

During the wedding questionnaire, emphasize no times can be the same. I had to redo the survey twice because I missed that note.

My only recommendation would be to suggest that you better explain the process for the planning call which took place a few days before our wedding - we expected that we would be hearing from Robert (who had emailed us about the call) but spoke with Duncan instead. This wasn't a problem, just a little confusion surrounding what was going to take place. Otherwise, everything went very smoothly. We were very satisfied with the services we purchased!

Having done event planning (mostly for nonprofit) for 30+ years, It is rare that I give a "10" on any survey but I GLADLY would give Felix & Fingers a 15 if I could. Great addition to our event. Kept the spirits up and our guests feeling great. Not sure I have anything I can add except, thanks! You all rock!
