Typically I’m the one that is full of friendly suggestions but honestly, from initially getting my quote from Robert, to working with Jessica, to the final details with Greg, to best reception ever with Greg and Will, I have NO suggestions. We had the very best experience with everyone. I am SO sad it’s all over but currently looking for another excuse to hire F&F. 😉 I will recommend you every chance I get!!

I can't think of any improvements. It was a pleasure working with Felix and Fingers. Jim and Jennifer were very flexible and accommodating the entire evening and we really appreciate it. All this on top of being extremely talented! Thank you!

Preferably have one or 2 contact people only for each event. It got a little confusing and some emails/ questions I had got lost in the ongoing email threads amongst everyone. We loved our entertainers however the schedule/ order of events we had set previously did not get followed. Announcements were not made and a break was not taken as was decided on prior. With reminders and corrections they did complete/ correct announcements at the end of the night. I’m not sure if Will had the planning page to follow that Jennifer and I had arranged. Overall it was a blast and everyone loved it!!!

I can't think of anything that I would change. The whole process was very smooth. Felix and Fingers worked with us on a price, had efficient communication the whole planning process, and put on an amazing show at our event.

Everything went very well! The guests seemed to love the dueling pianos, which was wonderful.

The only thing I would say is I wish they would have been a bit more pro active when it was time for them to go on. I went to find them in a room to tell them to start getting ready. Where I wish they were up by the stage ready to get to singing.

Once they were on the stage, they did wonderful! Everyone loved it so much.

I was unable to complete the function survey and it was much easier for me to verbally provide the information.

As a person who arranges events I appreciated the reminders to fill out the survey etc. I thought they were great in reading what the audience wanted and going with that. They were very flexible. I will have you guys back again.
