The entire process with you and your team is great! It went so smoothly and any time we had questions they were answered right away.

The process was so easy and any questions we had someone always answered them very timely if not right away! The day was amazing and the show was perfect we wouldn’t have changed anything.

We thought everything went really well! The communication, planning and timing all was really well organized. The only thing that we heard from our guests was that they wished we started the first dances earlier (because some of our guests were a little older and were going home early).

Loved everything! Duncan and Jennifer were awesome!

Be sure that both performers are on the same page when calling clients before the performance to discuss details. Our original phone conference appointment didn’t take place because of double booking with another performance.

Honestly, everything was perfect from beginning to end!

Everything was great, lots of compliments! Only feedback we got that wasn't 100% positive was there was a lot of downtime between people finishing their food and the party getting started... but ultimately, no one cared since they had such a blast by the end of the night.

The show was absolutely amazing. And we had the dance floor packed all night. I wouldn’t change a thing.

Honestly, I dont have too much. The process leading up was very easy, Robert was quick to respond, and I was pretty impressed with the pre-event questionnaire and preparation. Everything was great!

You guys did an amazing job. Cannot say enough about how it helped our special day. Multiple guests said they are going to reach out for other events as well- it was that good.

Felix and Fingers were phenomenal from start to finish. Ben was our main point of contact when the duo arrived, and he was so personable and sought to know how he could best serve our event. I felt that Ben and Tyson put on a wonderful show, and were super flexible. Ben provided emcee services for the event, and was professional and engaging. The event did not stay on schedule, but Ben and Tyson had no issue adapting to the change. Our guests raved about Felix & Fingers, and enjoyed the show tremendously. Our only wish is that we could have had these two play longer!

I think that with the addition of Jessica, you’ve already addressed a need in your business. For someone like me, Who was unfamiliar with how your business operates, a patient liaison is essential. Once we got the details narrowed down, you were easy to work with. I would, however, make sure you collect before the gig. Not everyone is as nice as me 😉

Nothing!!! We had the ABSOLUTE best wedding ever thank you to Felix and Fingers!! Nothing but raving reviews — we seriously could not have asked for anything more!!

The players were scheduled to go until 9 and quit about 8:45. It would be nice to check to make sure stopping is ok, prior to stopping early.

I think everything went really well.

The music was too loud. I also didn’t care for the disco lights. I didn’t realize those would be set up and this was a gala. Also speaking of presentation it would be nice for the performers to dress as the event suggests which in this case was cocktail attire. Not jeans. The female pianist kept asking me when her dinner was going to be served. Even though she could clearly see I was extremely busy running an event. So perhaps some coaching on professional behavior. Maybe another type of fundraiser this would be appropriate entertainment but not a gala.
