We rarely say this, but there is very little room for improvement. We were especially grateful for the call a week ahead of the wedding in which Greg explained the process and made us feel comfortable.

If there is one thing to improve--it wasn't entirely clear to us that there would be two people performing until after we made the deposit. It sounds basic, but clarifying that explicitly could help others.

The website with the questionnaire was a little glitchy (for me at least). Like it skipped the dinner section because i said no dancing. Could have been user error.

I found it easier to add our schedule in a text box than enter it in to each component separately.

Everything was so perfect - I can’t think of one improvement!! The guests and ourselves had an absolute blast and loved the uniqueness of the entertainment! Will definitely be recommending Felix and Fingers!!

These two guys were awesome and did a great job entertaining us during our office party. Off the top of my head, I don't really have any suggestions for them. They knew an amazing number of songs from memory and were able to play almost all of our requests.

Maybe take a break and play closer to the end of the event. Dj service is nice but or crowd really wanted a little more piano time, because you were all so awesome!

I really can't give any improvements, Chris and Robert were so great! They were fun, had great attitudes and kept us on schedule without being pushy about it. Everything went so well! My coordinator worked mostly on the sales process but I didn't hear any complaints from her. Thank you for helping make a wonderful wedding!
