For the show there were a few hiccups in between song transitions and lyrics. Definitely everyone did their best. Keep up the good work!

I don't have anything to change about our experience with Felix and Fingers! Everything was perfect! Thank you!

The show was great! The planning process was honestly quite a headache though and almost caused us to cancel the pianos altogether. Understanding that Covid made things more challenging than normal... but I think we went through like six musicians who were said to be available and then once we chose them, they changed their minds or didn’t want to travel anymore or weren’t actually available etc. And I must say, it was a bit awkward to choose musicians with Nate, as he continuously pushed for us to choose him. It was just awkward to have the sales person also selling themselves and to ask me “just curious but why not me? What about me didn’t you like?” Made it very uncomfortable. As an event planner I had hoped to be able to use your services for clients in the future, but honestly I would request to work with someone on your sales team other than Nate, and I would love to know if that’s possible. Thank you! Again Duncan and Philip were a Crowd favorite, they crushed it!

Nothing to improve on - we and our guests were completely blown away! So many have said that even for how small our wedding was (because of COVID) it was the most fun they had ever been to! Thank you again!!

I would like to sincerely thank Felix and Fingers, especially Katrina, for going over everything with us so that it would be perfect. And it was so perfect!!! As one who appreciates details, your detailed outline for the wedding day/evening was such great tool for us and the other vendors to reference.

We had a very small, intimate wedding with only 26 people but Katrina and Duncan kept a steady pace to the evening (with intro's, speeches, cake cutting) and had everyone on the dance floor after dinner. Katrina and Duncan were so very personable with all of our guests, and quite a few were kiddos under the age of 10, and they were so entertaining for all.

It's been a couple weeks and our guests are still raving about how great Katrina and Duncan were and what a great entertainment surprise this was for the reception. Katrina and Duncan are extremely talented and can belt out the tunes. We did not request performers but we won the jackpot with them and they truly made our reception a night to remember. We are forever grateful.

This isn’t a huge deal but I spoke with so many different people in the process of working with Felix and Fingers. My first conversation was with Jake, and then I spoke with Jes, then I spoke with Mike, and my final conversation was with Jim. My wedding planners also spoke with Mike. Everyone was kind and helpful and all seemed to be on the same page so I suppose it didn’t really matter but it would have been nice to just have one contact.

There is nothing that needs improvement- Brenner & Greg were fantastic! the membership had a great time and we look forward booking again in 2021! Thank you again!!!!

While the questionnaire and week of call may provide your team with the needed info, it would have been less stressful if there were an earlier planning call. Many other vendors/venues wanted information about needs and capabilities of F&F, but I was unable to provide until after the call.

Nothing! Amazing

I’d recommend improving the sound system. During our ceremony and reception, sometimes it was hard to hear the vocals because of the way the sound system was set up. Other than that, the night was great!

Andy and I were blown away with Felix and the Fingers. We were confident when we booked that you guys would be great, but you even exceeded our expectations. Jake and Ben were so fun and we even invited them to stay later to just party with us (they were professional and did not do this, but we wish they would have!). Thanks a ton!

It was all perfect!

I honestly have no advice to offer because Chris H. was above and beyond what we could have ever asked for!!! He was extremely helpful and always on top of everything all night!! Not to mention he was so nice to everyone and his personality blended in with everyone at the wedding. Will hire him in the future for any event we need a musician at.

Everything went really seamless through the planning process! Even though we booked relatively early, I appreciated the occasional check-ins throughout the process (without being too often that it becomes overbearing) to make sure things kept moving along and that we weren't forgotten. The survey is a bit long, but in hindsight I do think the questions were important and helped our players (Mike S and Jim) be most prepared for the day, even though we had a lot of last minute changes!
