There were gaps in the sales and communication process that almost resulted in my event not taking place. I appreciate the effort the team took to make the event happen with the short amount of time we had left.

It was unfortunate that the players seemed to not have read the survey I filled out at all. They played a song on the do not play list and did not know the playlist. It was frustrating especially since the survey took So long to fill out and I even went over it in detail
With Robert the week before. Their performances were amazing and everyone loved them. But as the bride, I was frustrated.

Everyone loved the dueling pianos, Nate and Jennie were great, my only issue was apparently the schedule didn't print so there was some mix ups with announcements and delays but for the most part it was an amazing day!

Everything went really smoothly. The questionnaire was helpful for us even though we had a separate day of coordinator, and the call the week of the event was great to nail down details and make sure we were all on the same page. The show was seamless and all of the music was great. Truly don’t have much to say in terms of ways to improve.

Nothing at all! We received so many compliments about how unique it was to have dueling pianos at a wedding and how great Ingrid and Nate were! We were thrilled with how everything went and can’t think of any way we would have improved things.

Mike and Robert made everything so simple and seamless, I can't think of any other gentleman I would hire to perform.

Honestly, it was an amazing show. We’ve gotten compliments for our choice for a week! They loved the idea of duelling pianos but also Ingrid and Brandon’s voices are stellar. They were great company and all in all, was a beautiful performance. Even more so, Nate was incredibly helpful. He scheduled everything down to the last detail. My only advice would be to make sure that the musicians went over the details with the coordinator. They seemed a little lost when they arrived but we filled them in. They also adjusted to last minute changes with cocktail hour and everyone was so polite and inclusive.

Everything was awesome!! We really appreciate the camaraderie and laid back approach!! Mike Sherman is awesome as well - A real stand up guy!! Only one detail that didn't go as planned and that was our bouquet/garter toss. We didn't even realize until the bus ride home that we somehow missed doing those. Not a huge deal, but that was the only suggestion I can make. Thanks again. Ehren & Stephanie.

Honestly, I don't think I really have any advice on this! We loved working with Emily, Jake, and Will. They were super accomodating when I learned my maid of honor had COVID and decided to record her speech - they played it at the reception with no issues. They also did a great job of adjusting to the mood of the crowd throughout the reception.
