It was a little sketchy talking to several different people who didn’t know what was going on. But we understand the change in staff that took place.

The engagement with the audience was good. The set up from the patio wasn't ideal, and I was hoping for more of a gathering around the pianists. Not much they could do other than forcibly make people hang out closer to the pianos.

The process was great start to finish. I've been contacted by a few people already requesting we use this company again for next year's convention.

The show was great, and the night went smoothly from start to finish. We enjoyed Greg and Kate. If I could offer some constructive feedback, it would be to be mindful of email tone during the planning process. We did have to reschedule a few times due to COVID, and while I understand the frustration on your side, we weren't doing it purposely to be difficult. We tipped the full amount that we could through the website in the hopes of making it up to the performers. Had we not been locked into a contract, I most likely would have cancelled as I didn't appreciate some of the things that were said.

I won’t lie, Messing up the bride’s name was pretty embarrassing, as well as trying and initiating a garter dance wheh we specifically stated we didn’t want that was a low. However the quality of the musicians was fantastic and our guests loved the show.

Ignore this. This one is a test on the entire flow and not actually coming from the client.

Jake was very professional, did a wonderful job on the pre-planning and coordinating. Everyone was impressed with his music choices for the various awards. Even when our CMO went a bit rogue on the scripted awards portion Jake jumped in and made sure things went smoothly. I think the group was not as into the dueling pianos as I had hoped simply due to the layout of the room and the circumstances. The room was very large and the stage and bar were at extreme opposites so I think a lot of people hung out by the bar instead of near the stage. Not the fault of your team at all. I would definitely hire you again.

This was such a great process, Jake did a fabulous job with pre-planning and coordinating, they were professional, even when our cmo kind of went rogue on the scripted announcements, Jake jumped back in and handled it very professionally. Consider creating different pre-event questionnaires based on the general style of the event... wedding/ private fundraiser/ festival all have very different needs so it would make the questionnaire process easier for the customer if it was a little more streamlined depending on the style.

The singing ability of the performers that came to our event was not good. I received good feed back on the food and venue but when it came to the performers my employees did not have positive feedback.

Nick and Sam were wonderful, they did great with suggestions and guest interaction. Entirely satisfied with the package.

Seemed a little pricey for the amount of time we needed them for.

Loved the whole process and the players! We had the best wedding dance and was due to the great music

I don't have much advice - our show was very well received and I was impressed with the level of planning and customer service. The talent and performers were great and I especially appreciated our producer and live communication during the show. 10/10 would recommend!
