Improve the survey website, that was very difficult to get even just signed in on but also to navigate for the survey.

Wonderful show. Performance was appropriate for all ages! Performers molded to the crowd around them! It was a great time!

The guys were great! They helped to create a really fun party that everyone has seriously been talking about since it happened. We had a fabulous time, and felt that the guys were responsive to us and our guests, and they even learned a new song we requested on the fly. Talented and kind. Thank you!

The musicians themselves were wonderful and I would absolutely recommend them, but our experience with Felix and Fingers was challenging. The business processes set up are confusing for the customer. My biggest complaint was that we did not get to speak directly with our musicians prior to our wedding day. Individual people were great to talk to and work with, but the overall process was confusing and led to miscommunication and stress that wasn't necessary. My strongest recommendations would be that: 1) invoices should come from a Felix and Fingers address (I almost missed it as I thought it was from a canceled band) 2) there should be more communication around the credit card option for paying the invoice and 3) even if the performing musicians are not "certified for running the consult phone call to review the pdf" they 100% should attend the call so everyone is on the same page. This is a huge gap in your process and creates way too much room for error, miscommunication and a lack of confidence from the customer.

So organized, professional and easy to book. The talent was absolutely incredible!!!! Highly recommend and will book again!

The piano player you brought in from Austin was amazing! I have already told the Warwick Melrose Felix and Fingers should be on their list of preferred providers and I think you will absolutely make the list. They realized the dance floor was full from the minute the show started.

Fortnight had some issues overall, but we did know and understand what was going on every step of the way. Everything there turned out amazing. I will say if I hadn't been a member of the company I might have been more worried.
