The questionnaire was very detailed and it actually helped me plan the logistics.

The show was great, only comment is that they had my husband and I dance in the middle while everyone was circled around us...very awkward and the song lasted so long...everyone felt weird. We didn't have a first dance as my husband didn't want that awkwardness and this was basically worse than if we had a first dance. We even talked about this in my pre-meeting that we didn't want this.

i was so thankful your team was flexible as our set up doesn't meet your usual requirements (we had a round stage in the middle of the room that wasn't the usual space requirements and wasn't as close to outlets as you normally require). so thank you!!!

The musicians were sufficiently talented. However, there was no entertainment value to the show. The muscians did not engage the crowd. The room was empty in less than an hour.

This is why all our players are listed on our website and why all our players have bios and videos clearly posted. We want YOU to pick your players (because why would you sign a contract without knowing who’s playing your event?). This is how you know you’re getting a quality show. And when we plan to ask for a review after the event, it will be in our player’s best interest to put on the show of their lives every time they step on stage!"

However, our guys were contracters and not listed on the website.

Nothing the preforms were beyond amazing.

Chris and Chris did an amazing job with our group. They quickly "clicked" and kept the energy high throughout their non-stop performance. We are talking about booking them again (the same 2 performers) for our event which moves to Mobile, AL next year. So same SASHTO group, next year's location - to reunite them with the crowd. One thought is - requests. It's great how you keep it informal and fluid - but one idea for next year is there a way to "pre-hype" requests to get more people involved in sharing their song requests?

Literally nothing. It was perfect.

There were too many contacts to book this. It would have been easier to work with one admin and the musician. Also, the price is a little high for the amount of time performed.

Play the songs that people take the time to request, those are the true fans....even if you have to Dj it! You guys did a great job and I definitely hope to cross paths again!!

The sales process was very rocky and we nearly pulled out due to inconsistent communications with our original rep, Liz. We ended up getting a new contact, Robert and Shawn, and that was very helpful. I think that for weddings, the reps need to be particularly knowledgeable about how that kind of event differs from a typical show and that there is a personal and emotional component for the client. Our wedding day was fantastic and the players and whole team did a wonderful job. Our guests had a wonderful time and the music was so fun and unique - which is exactly what we wanted!

Honestly, nothing! You guys did an absolutely incredible job and I wouldn't change a thing looking back.
