Cannot think of a thing…we were impressed with every phase! 😊

I thought it all went very well from start to finish. The one complaint that I had is my guests wish it would have lasted 3 hours instead of 2

We had Jake and Robert and they far exceeded our expectations! The day went effortless and smooth under their organization. We received so many compliments on how fun and talented the musicians were! So many rave reviews from the guest's experience. We were so happy with the beautiful ceremony music to their ability to keep the dance floor rocking all night!

So many great memories thanks to them.

We can't think of anything to improve! The planning process was so easy with the questionnaire and periodic check-ins. We couldn't have been more pleased with how the show turned out!

Nothing! We had such a great experience and Robert and Katrina did such an amazing job announcing and performing. We didn’t give much guidance as we trusted them and they played the best music and really read the crowd. No one left the dance floor!

Everything was great - just let me say that first. Loved the folks that helped us plan. Loved, loved the musicians at our wedding. Couldn’t have asked for anything better!! Our guests were obsessed!! Now… room for improvement:
- weird that it’s sold as an 8 hour event and then you try to only have the dueling Piano show for 90 minutes. Why even bring up “8 hours” in the documentation?
- there should be a clear option to just hire two or one talented pianist/vocalist for your event instead of having to create distinctions on when you want “cocktail music” versus “dinner music” versus “dancing music”. Every wedding doesn’t fit those categories
-in the sales and planning phase, it was confusing how we were passed around from sales rep to then the planner/prep person then to a pre-event call person (who luckily ended up being our original sales person). Created a slight sense of uneasy.
- the form/questionnaire is overly complicated.

I thought the communication was amazing. Between emails, the questionnaire and phone calls, there were no doubts as to what to expect. Not sure I have anything I'd comment to improve upon.

Everything was great, Nate was a great host for the event and good in communication setting everything up. Rave reviews from our guests too, many of whom had never seen a dueling pianos shoe before and were super impressed.

I can’t think of one thing that need to be improved on! Everything was better then perfect!

Simplify and shorten the questionnaire - in all our relationship I think it's the closest my wife and I have come to getting in an actual fight.
