I do think a check in with our pianist further out would be nice! Our check in was week of so we didn’t really have time to think about things prior to go time!

Duncan made it such an easy process for me day of with staying on track. Truly I have no advice on what to improve on because I had such a great experience from start to finish

Everything worked out great but one area is the planning process. Faster turnaround times on questions sent via email would be beneficial for future clients.

I thought the sales process was very easy

Even if the bad songs are requested.....I would not recommend playing things that are racist and vulgar....Even with the warning.

After spending time filling out questionnaire, they still forgot our cake cutting song and an announcement about donating to a charity in honor of brides mom who has passed .

My husband was skeptical… he now can’t stop talking about it. Highly recommended!!!!

We LOVED the show, and Michael/Bre were great to work with. It would have been nice to have more communication early on - so we knew what to expect, and what was needed of us for the show. We sent in the contract and several follow up emails, and didn't hear back for over a month I think. It was worrisome, as we didn't know if you were going to be able to do the show. There were questions on the event logistics form that I did not understand, and I didn't know who to contact for that. Anyway - pre-event communication is the only thing I would recommend to make things more seamless.

This duo had just met and were not familiar with one another. It showed in their performance. They also did not know as many songs as some of the other players we have had before. We did enjoy how kind and friendly they were.

No advice for improvement. Jake and Kate were great to work with before the wedding. They answered any questions we had. We also had Andy and Geoff for our wedding day ceremony and reception music. They were both phenomenal. There skills on the piano and singing abiilty were fantastic. They also had great personality to keep the crowd engaged. We got so many compliments on the music. We couldn't be more happier with our choice of Felix and Fingers for our music.

Instead of a sales representative, it would be much better to speak directly to a musician the week of the event. There were a few things that were misunderstood (nothing major), but that wouldn't have happened if we spoke directly to a musician.
