Your questionnaire was difficult to access. I thought the performance would be more "comedy" and "dueling between the guys", but they basically just took requests and played the requests. They did an all requests show, when I asked for just a few requests. I guess I assumed they had a "schtick" that they did between each other.

Planning was easy and Chris and Katrina were just as expected.

You were so easy to work with and all our employees were raving it was the most fun they had at any of our company parties. I think the only comment I would make is I did receive some feedback that at times it was hard to hear the singing over the piano playing, so maybe just working on some adjustments to balance that out would be good. But thank you again, SUCH an amazing time.

Everything was awesome; however, this was the first time planning a dueling piano event. There was a delay from when I completed my paperwork from the leadership team getting it back to me. Mike kept reassuring me everything was fine but a little nerve racking only being a week out from the event : ) We definitely will be using your company again

These guys were AWESOME! Very interactive with our clients, entertainment was great, in all it was a really fun evening thanks to them. We raise a lot of money for charities. Would use again, and recommend them to anyone.

Nate made the planning process seamless! The dueling piano show was perfect for our wedding, and they kept all the guests engaged for the full two hours! We received so many compliments and cannot wait to use Felix and Fingers again in the future!

This is the second year we've hired you for this event, and the performers were again phenomenal. The only, only minor critique I heard is that some people would have liked the two performers this year to "duel" each other more. As the event organizer, I cannot say that I was truly paying that minute of attention to the performance, just overall enjoying myself when I was afforded a few free moments and have no perspective as to how valid of a critique this is regarding Katrina and the second performer. Again - a very minor critique though if true, and I wholeheartedly love the company and performers and have no hesitations about hiring again.

The show was great, all of the guests really enjoyed the entertainment- they played to the various ages that were in attendance which was great. No recommendations at this time!

Although it worked out perfectly with the performers we had, I wouldn't give people the option to choose their performers if that's not who they will be able to lock down. The second performer to be with Jordan switched multiple times all the way up to a week before the event.

We loved the show, loved the players, loved the experience. But the survey was painful. I respected the need for details, but it was time consuming and quite frankly wasn’t user friendly. Things wouldn’t save if you were on the page for longer than 2 minutes. we lost our survey multiple times. A word document would have been easier. Or just referencing the wedding planners timeline. It also would have been nice to meet our specific players on the week of call. Meeting with others out of the state I felt like allowed for more gaps.

Our venue was indoor/outdoor. The dueling pianos were set-up inside, the DJ was set-up outside. We came to an agreement before the event (after a suggestion) that even though the party started at 6pm, we should allow guests time to arrive before the start of the show. The dueling pianos started at 7pm, and unfortunately I think they lost a lot of the audience to the DJ by that time because nothing was going on inside for the first hour. I felt very bad for the players because they then didn't have much of an audience even though they were great.

I also found that the acoustics inside the venue made the pianos and singing extremely loud. I think this also stopped people from wanting to sit inside and watch the show.
