Pay attention to the time line and schedule. Songs were missed, people weren’t announced correctly. Songs were played at the wrong time during ceremony. Very upsetting.

One tiny...tiny...very tiny note. Would be for our final meeting the week of the wedding. It would have been nice if Jake was on camera. My couple was very relatable and seeing your face would have been a bit better. Otherwise, EVERYTHING was AMAZING!!!!

Felix and Fingers was AMAZING! The process was so easy and painless from start to finish! Shawn was very communicative in the planning stages and the meeting the week of the event was the perfect touch point prior to the event to review logistics, event details, timeline, and more. Day of, Shawn and Val were professional yet fun and friendly to be around while we were waiting for the attendees to arrive at the event venue. Now let's talk about THE PERFORMANCE!!! WOW what a night! Shawn and Val were INCREDIBLE. Their piano skills blew us out of the water and surpassed all of our expectations. They knew how to get the group pumped up and they had an incredible repertoire of songs. The fact that they can play nearly any requested song and know every single note and lyric on the spot is talent beyond my wildest imaginations! 11/10 would recommend to a friend!

Stronger speakers and more lights

We had a little back and forth with who would be playing but the end result was PHENOMENAL! We had SOOOOO many people raving about the show!!! They did fantastic!!

Michael and Robert were fantastic to work with and did a great job with the music, the audience and incorporating all that we had discussed for the event. I am not sure how much control the team has on the volume, as imagine it varies based on venue. There were a few folks that mentioned the music was loud as part of other feedback provided. Everyone we spoke to loved the dueling pianos and music selection. Thank you for helping to make our event a success!

Very disappointed. It was pretty much a one man show. The black man said nothing. No interaction with the crowd except the beginning when I asked to please do something while waiting for dinner.

The musicians were great, everything else about the process was disappointing. The lack of communication (no, canned emails and lengthy surveys don't count as meaningful communication) left me unsure of how well things would turn out. My sales rep was very responsive, I wish I could've said the same about my coordinator.

In our timeline, we noted for soft music during dinner since we were paying for 3 hours but knew our "entertainment" portion would not start until 8pm and only go until 10pm, so our thought was we'd make up that hour before our ceremony. We weren't sure where the players were durning dinner so we did not get that soft background music. I know they were going to step away and eat, but I don't imagine the intent for that was an hour. Our ceremony ended early at 7:30pm so they were able to jump to the mics early, which they did perfectly! However, they ended shortly after 9, which was an hour early. Folks were leaving, but I know some would have enjoyed the pianos until 10pm. Also, A few guests have mentioned they didn't know all the songs that were requested.
I just felt like the pre event phone call I had with Jim, wasn't all clearly communicated to the players. Overall, people enjoyed themselves! There were only a few folks in the room that were aware of the timeline, so these things were only know on the backend! Thank you for providing entertainment!
