Have a game/song trivia ready to engage the audience when releasing tables for dinner. This will help build that relationship to engage during the show. Also, the first show was a little too loud, and hard to hear the actual singing. We did give this feedback and the 2nd show was better.

I think there were a couple of mix ups on if we were doing a garter toss and when my song should start which could be communication between coordinator and F&F but overall my experience was fantastic and I would hire again in a heart beat

I enjoyed working with your company at every phase. The performers were exactly what I was hoping for!

Our 2 pianists showed up for setup on time, but then went to change and ended up being 4 minutes late to the start of the event. This made for a very silent and awkward start to the event as they had no back up music going while they were gone.

The lead pianist was informed that a vocal performer would provide them with a flash drive to contain the mp3s they intended to perform to. Then the pianist showed up without the correct equipment to use the flashdrive, causing us to use an unreliable cellphone as our source instead.

One of the pianists tried to hop in the buffet line before the majority of the guests, without asking. This came off as very unprofessional, and I asked her to wait. Once all the guests had eaten, we then allowed the performers to take their break as well.

During the break, their automatic playlist started playing Christmas music at a January event, causing many groans from the guests. The lead pianist then fumbled with the sound equipment for a bit, leaving the event with dead air while they tried to find a more appropriate list.

The actual performance ended up being entertaining, but the professionalism, DJ skills, and transitions between the performances were very cringe-worthy.

We loved our group that came and played for us. It was for a fundraiser and they did a great job getting the crowd to donate money. The only thing that I have heard is that the piano players could have taken a break in the middle of their set and broken up the playing so that they played later into the night. I could have suggested that earlier too, so that is my fault as well.

The name Dueling Pianos says it all.....DUEL!! We hired you guys with that in mind. When I asked one of your performers that is what we are wanting to hear...he said "I consider the Dueling Pianos means 2 pianos'....Um, no it does not! We hired pianos, from elsewhere last year for a third of the price and got about the same kind of show. We asked for fun interaction between the performers...they were VERY nice, but had never even met before that night. It would have been hard to joke around with someone you don't know. Again, your performers tried hard to please, but it wasn't the show I asked for.
