Audience was surprised by lack of "dueling" element to the dueling pianos. Boys in general were disappointed by the heavy selection of "girl songs" that were selected by audience vote/screams (aka the girls are way louder and dominated the song selection). Otherwise, it was a great time.

The 1 to 2 week prior set up call was difficult to arrange and had to be rescheduled a couple times and we were about to be handed off to another coordinator because it got to 6 days prior to the event. This is the only thing that was stressful. The rest was absolutely amazing!

Booking and scheduling were very thorough. This was starkly different from the month leading up to the event were choosing photographers, getting portfolios, and other conversations were minimal and rushed.

We paid extra for ceremony mics and it was hard to hear. Also our exit recessional song wasn't played until we were done walking. One musicIan was excellent. The other seemed like he didn't want to be there and wasn't engaging, it was disappointing as we paid an extra $500 to book him specifically and he seemed salty and disengaged the whole time. Several of our must play songs were skipped as well. While the initial booking process had good communication, it felt lacking after the fact and it was hard to get my coordinator in touch with the team for timeline logistics

A lot of our guests were not dancing more so standing at the back of the room just hanging out. Some were dancing in place, but not actually dancing. I wish the performers would have taken note and moved to DJ music a little sooner. It seemed by the time they did some started to dance. Not sure why the dancing didn't happen while they were performing. Except of course for one drunk women. LOL

We had specific instructions for how to be introduced and for our first dance song, however they were not followed. We wanted to be introduced as, "for the first time as husband and wife, Eric and Elizabeth"" and instead they said, "we would like to introduce you for the first time as Mr. and Mrs. Eric and Elizabeth". It was very awkward. For our first dance, the artist has one last line after the song ends, and they talked over the ending even though we requested it to be played.

We also did not hear any of our 5 must play sounds.

It would be nice to have the week before call with one of the musicians. I felt there was a lot of communication that didn’t translate from our call to our event day.
