The email correspondence times was challenging with response times being sometimes more than 5 business days. However, this was minor and we loved working with Felix and fingers.

Some felt that the 2nd half, even though it was to be people's choices, was a little too scripted. Also, thought there would be some actual dueling between pianos. Overall, everyone had a great time.

We did have a couple comments that even the 2nd half, which was to be audience suggestions, was still very scripted. Also, thought there would be some actual dueling/playing at each other, so to speak.

The thing people indicated was they thought even the 2nd half that was for requests was to scripted. Also, thought maybe you would do some dueling/playing at each other. All loved it and thought both were very gifted players.

Very good event

I was all very smooth. It was just hard to get everyone in the room to enjoy the show at our After Prom Event.

Last year's experience was amazing! This year, while Chris was a great performer, Genesis, though we liked her as a person, was not a good performer. She was on the phone while on stage listening to messages from her car rental company. She shared with the audience that she was in a bad mood because her car was having trouble, and proceeded to share too much personal information regarding that whole situation. It was a downer. Furthermore, while Genesis is undoubtedly a talented singer, she butchered many of the songs due to "making them her own" versus singing them as the audience would know. Some of the songs she sang she should not have sung at all since they were so vastly different than her style.

I can't think of anything that would need to be changed. They were amazing! The interaction between them and the employees was awesome. They kept everyone engaged! I had people come up to me literally after the last song and ask to have them again! So if I were to change anything, it would be to have them longer! Huge hit! Can't thank you enough!!

The pianists could set request expectations with the hosts so they know what the request possibilities are during the event. We had some requests get denied, so we wanted to know why. We do understand that the two performers couldn't play heavy metal due to the theme of the wedding, but didn't know why some requests did not make the cut.

Process to book is easy and thorough. The show is always fun and entertaining. Our attendees only have great things to say!
