Day of communication. Just a "heads up, we're on schedule we'll be there in X" would be nice.

Your players were fantastic and super accommodating. The only note would be just ensuring the players are aware that the venue requested a show to not solicit tips or not bc they only option they came with was a venmo qr code which wouldn't have worked with our older customers and we noted in our questionnaire we would tip the players ourselves! Otherwise everything was great and would love to work with your group again.

Everything was an extremely efficient and smooth process. All of the team members were extremely helpful, personable, friendly, and professional. I have already reached out to sister properties to tell them about Felix and Fingers for any of their events.

There are too many people emailing and coming from different addresses. The invoice comes from a completely different name MJ something - I would never know it's Felix and Fingers and I almost deleted it. Then, when you want us to do the survey it comes from someone else and then someone else emails to set up a meeting. I'm not sure what the answer is but it's easy to miss these emails when they are from people we are not expecting. and even some go to Spam.

The process was so easy..very well organized company. Thank you!

We can't say enough good things about Shawn and Leana. Our guests are still raving about how much fun the wedding was. We were very impressed by the smooth process - although the questionnaire is long, it made the day-of coordination very easy. Thanks again for everything!

N/a…..great administration of booking/payment /reminders. Phenomenal talent by Robert and Mike! They made the event!

We had a little bit of a hiccup when it came to our deposit. There was some miscommunication on if it had been paid/received. It all worked out just fine and I understand the confusion as we were mailing in checks all the way from Florida.

My only advice would be allowing the final meeting with th entertainer to happen two weeks before instead of the week of. As a bride- very stressful when all my other logistics were getting worked out and needed to communicate final changes.

Both performers were fantastic I just think communication throughout the process could be a little bit cleaner

Check out venue ahead of time. This was the first time for both Felix and Fingers and Fortnight Media at our venue; our main musician had gone ahead of time more than once to see the venue space and meet with the event/venue manager, but our photographer did not. Our photographer was super excited about all the photo ops and locations, which is great, but we felt like we maybe didn't need to spend as much time taking photos as we did if he had scoped out the space and made a schedule/plan for pictures ahead of time.

We would've appreciated to have more live classical music; our musicians ended up DJing all the classical pieces we requested because they were unable to play them/read the sheet music to play them.

Mike and Katrina were absolutely amazing. Could not recommend both enough!
