Nothing, everything was perfect!

I don't think I have any advice of what to improve. We had 5-10 people inquire about you at the wedding!

Everything was very clear and smooth during the whole process. I think just making sure to play the requests. I had several people come up to me and say they had a request in that hadn't been played yet.

Everything was so incredibly outstanding. Robert as our sales person was so kind and helpful. Duncan and Casey performed the exact show we wanted for our wedding.

The only (small) negative I could pinpoint is that your survey is very intimidating although I completely understand why you need to have it so detailed. I don't know if there's a way to "chunk" into pieces so you don't get a whole questionnaire right when you start planning. Maybe start with the more time sensitive questions or "easy" questions. Just a suggestion.

The contract process was very email heavy - but the performance, performers was perfection! We're looking forward to booking again!

There was disconnect between the pre-event phone call regarding the event timeline/expectations to the performers. What was communicated to the individual on the phone, did not seem like it was accurately communicated to the performers.

Everything was fantastic. We sincerely appreciate the job well done by the musicians. Thank you so incredibly much for keeping the party alive!

We don't have advice for improvement. Nate was wonderful throughout the whole process. He was always willing to answer our questions and talk through our vision. We had so much fun on the dance floor!

I think you need to advertise that you're a thing that can be hired for events! I was so excited when I received a reply from my Gig Salad request as I wasn't quite sure what I was looking for and as soon as I saw dueling pianos, it was like a lightbulb went off- that was perfect! And when I told my colleagues about it, they too, were so excited!

I would book the show in three sets. With two breaks. Also with the tipping our group tipped a lot so maybe a bonus hour based on the amount generated. Otherwise the guys were awesome and everyone loved it
