Honestly, no notes!! Everything was amazing and seamless from the beginning of planning to the event. Your team made all planning so easy and straightforward and the event itself was so much fun and such a hit!

We enjoyed having Felix & Fingers as our entertainment. I've sent recommendations for you to our other large departments that do summer and winter events. We are still evaluating our event for next year but will definitely use you again if we decide to go with music for the entertainment!!

WE loved how interactive the show was! WE had a mix of both reserved and outgoing individuals and both have complimented Will & Jake and their ability to appeal to everyone! It was a great time.

Process was great but it was more of the pianist playing music together than dueling pianos. We didn’t have any back and forth banter which we thought was going to happen.

Although they were super nice the sound didn’t quite meet what we were hoping for.

Not sure there is anything I can recommend.

Eddy and Calvin were great! Everyone had a great time. Lots of positive feedback.
There was a small amount of "too loud, not able to visit without yelling" and "too much Michael Bolton" feedback.

The whole experience was great and the performers were superb. It was a huge hit with our attendees and we will definitely work with you again next year!

Loved the show. I would recommend lowering the volume a bit at sound check, as the gymnasium acoustics were not the best. Several students were covering their ears. I thought about saying something, but did not want to interrupt. Thanks for a great show. Fun to see Will again!

I don't see any way you could improve. Your company was wonderful to deal with from beginning to end.

The only thing I had trouble with was my initial payment. My quote said I could pay by cash, card, or check, but didn't really give any more instructions. So I paid by check, then I had to try and get a hold of someone to confirm they got it. Then I had to call again to see if they had cashed it yet or not since it took about a month to actually cash the check.
Other than that everything went great and we had an amazing time at the wedding and our guests had a good time too.

You guys are the absolute best! I love everything about this company. My residents love the show. Nate is my favorite and Kate See but everyone seems to be super amazing!

I will start off by mentioning the two performers did a wonderful job. My wife and I had a wonderful time at our wedding. That being said, the communication involved in the organization with Felix and Fingers was terrible. I do not even know the names of the two performers from that night because they were not the ones on our contract. Planning for this event started with discussions with Nate. Over the course of months prior to the event, it became more and more difficult to communicate with him (weeks between email responses, etc.). Nate's availability for the final meeting before the wedding was abysmal. It got to the point where we had our final meeting with a performer from California (David, I believe), who we had never even heard of before to go over our questionnaire. This was already concerning right from the start. We could tell he had never seen it before, to no fault of his own. I asked him who our performers would be and he said "it looks like Nate and Ciara". Come the day of our wedding, and I was introduced to two performers who I had not conversed with before. It was clear they had not had a chance to review the questionnaire because their song choices during the cocktail hour were completely off. Again, I do not fault these performers. They still performed wonderfully but it seems like they were thrown into this wedding at the last minute and had no choice but to adapt.

Overall the wedding was great. I cannot in good conscience recommend Felix and Fingers because of how difficult and confusing the planning and preparation process was.

Although entertainment was good, I would suggest that you tell event organizers that performers are subject to change. In both years that we have had you, I have been told who the performers would be and have found that they have changed when the actual performers get to the event. I do put bios in the program, and to have these in the program but to have different performers on stage, does not make me feel very reputable as an event organizer, nor does it make F&F seem reputable. Again, if I was told subject to change, I would have left them out of the program all together.

Although entertainment was great, both years I have been told which performers we would have pre-event, and both years this has changed but without advanced knowledge. I do place bios in our program and would have left these out if I knew that performers were subject to change.

I can't think of a thing. You're extremely organized and the talent is phenomenal!

The layout of selection/costs was really clear on the handout/websites and made it easy to see what my options were.

Doing the questionnaire in advance helped me ask my venue the right questions and feel prepared.

We missed our call due to a scheduling conflict, but Robert was able to find time and made me feel comfortable that he was prepared.

We were disappointed in the "show" part of the act. They played all requests, but did not change any lyrics for humor, they did not really interact much between the 2 piano players. We did not hear the normal "dueling piano" songs we are used to.

Nothing, everything was perfect!

The performers did great with our event and crowd. Will definitely consider bring you guys back next year. Thanks again!
