It would be good to have the musicians on the planning call. Our musicians broke down at 8:30PM even though it was agreed to that it would end at 10:30PM. Our coordinator had to talk to them repeatedly and show the pdf and contract just so they’d stay. The left an iPad on shuffle to DJ and left anyway. It was extremely disappointing.

This was our second year using Felix and Fingers for our annual gala event. This year the music was a little different than we anticipated. We were hoping to hear more of the songs that we requested and have more interaction with the guests in the audience. It was not as lively as year one however we still received great feedback from our guests.

It was difficult to get in contact with someone the week of the party. I had to keep reaching out to Nate because I didn’t know how to reach Jordan directly.

We had a great experience from start to finish. Andrew was very easy to work and provided a great performance. Both performers were energetic and engaging. The only thing that stuck out from the booking process as a possible area for improvement was repeating details. I put in a request on the website, reviewed these details with Andrew to receive a quote, and then filled out another event questionnaire prior to the event. That part was slightly repetitive, but I also appreciate it being thorough to ensure that our needs were met. I would highly recommend your organization to anyone and everyone.

I loved everything. Once the dueling show was done the dance floor cleared, I’m not sure if it was the venue, the guests, or that is seemed like everything was “cleaned up” during that time, but the dueling show was great.

Not all requested songs were played - maybe there were too many at one time. There wasn’t a lot of dueling happening, not sure if that was the event type or if we miscommunicated that part. Other than that, the show was great and there was a lot of crowd interaction!

I think they could have play for an additional 30 mins.

We had the best time with Robert Deason and Jim Gritschke. They were absolutely amazing and listened to all of our requests. We would have loved to have had the planning call one week prior (rather than during the week of the wedding) to confirm logistics and ensure alignment on everything. However, everything was absolutely wonderful!

The process working with you all was seamless. From first contact to the actual event. Our guests loved having you. It was tough, having it be our groups travel day to PA, but they still mustered up the energy to enjoy and participate with you all. The music was great! The performers were top notch and the set-up was so easy. This was our first time hosting a large meeting as we did at our Home Office location. Our President LOVED every bit about you all. Thank you again for all of the hard work!!!

There is nothing that could be improved. Duncan & Katrina were everything and more that I could’ve ever dreamed of. 1,000x over recommend them to anyone and everyone. They were my absolute favorite part of my wedding.
