I would say this was more on our end (reschedules & too many committee members wanting a say) than having the players a part of our planning process. I think with more involvement before the night of the event we could have been more strategic in fundraising opportunities.

Overall, Mike and Robert were lovely to work with, professional but fun, on time, and kind. Will us Felix & Fingers again for other events. Thank you!

We were very pleased with our F&F experience. I was disappointed not to have a pre-meeting with one of our actual entertainers. We would have felt even more comfortable with talking with the actual performers ahead of time, as it felt we had to repeat alot of things the day of to feel totally comfortable. That being said, they were great. Some delay time between songs, but still great performers and our guests loved the experience!

We do feel like we were completely oversold on the "auctioneer services" though. When talking with Nate for the initial sale, he said they do this all the time, but in the 1 week out interview the person told us it is definitely not the norm and he would make sure someone watched a youtube video beforehand. And that is exactly how it felt at the event. We ended up reading the decription for him and although he was on the mic handling the increases, he didn't announce who had the bid or try to help it along at all. We even had our biggest item of the night get confusing as the wrong person thought they had the bid and then was upset that he lost. Definite inprovements could be had here and unfortunately was a downer for the ngiht.

Overall, we still enjoyed our performers and I'd recommend them again to anyone. Thanks for working with us!!

I received from feedback from the group that they wished they did more of a "duel". The show was more each artist took turns singing. Overall, was really fun and very professional group to work with. Planning process was smooth and easy and the event set-up was on time and looked great.

Everything was perfect!

Everything was great - I did have a meeting and we gave a playlist with songs we were hoping they would play and they didn't play as many as we would of liked, but they took requests and that worked out.

Sales and contact were great! The performers took a bit to setup the first night. I got mixed reviews from my members about the back and forth, how the songs sounded, one of the entertainers forgot some of the lyrics and did not sound the best.

We had the absolute most fun time ever! Nobody really knew what to expect who had never been to a dueling pianos before and everyone’s expectations were far beyond what they anticipated! Our two guys were seriously amazing and everyone is asking when they can come back! 🙂 we are looking into the fall!!

The entire experience was terrific. We couldn't have asked for a better performer than Calvin, who is so talented and was also so fun and accommodating to our teenage son who wanted to play some songs. Andrew was wonderful to work with -- very responsive to my many questions -- during the booking process. We had no idea what to expect -- we found Felix and Fingers through an internet search -- but I'm so glad we booked. The performance really made the event. We would 100% do it again and recommend to others.

I genuinely have zero complaints. First time planning an event with F&F and my expectations were blown away!

There is absolutely NOTHING we would change!!! From contacting Tina to find available dates to the event itself was AWESOME! The process was so easy we booked F&F again. The customers still have not stopped talking about the event and are asking for reservations for Cinco Demayo when we have you back!!!

Everything was great!

The performers were great but were under informed. We had met with 1 person for most of our correspondence but a few weeks before they had someone from across the country reach out to do our final and he had no knowledge of previous conversations as well as the performers did not seem to have anything beyond the basics.
I would recommend getting the performers together for the final call and have them present so final discussions can be had directly with them.

I thought everything was amazing! From planning to the day of the event and performances, everyone was very easy to work with and made the process smooth. The two artist at our show were amazing and we had so much positive feedback on the entertainment!! Will happily work with Felix & Fingers again!
