It was honestly so perfect. The only request I'd make is allowing the bride and groom to choose more than 5 songs. I was not at all able to leave my guests (or take much of a bathroom break, tbh) and it would be nice to have requested a few more songs to be played throughout the night.

We had the absolute best time. I have no recommendations as you guys were phenomenal to work with! You were there for us and our guests and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The initial booking process was smooth and easy and event day was pure perfection. However, the preparation for and time leading up to the event felt a little disorganized. I had been talking to one team member about event details, but then an unrelated team member called me for the planning meeting and wasn’t aware of any of the details I had previously discussed. The team also told me they lost my check and asked me to put a stop to it even though my Finance team confirmed the check had already hit our account.

Only thing I would recommend is the planning process. I feel like I talked to several coordinators and I wish I could have talked to the band before day of. But everything else was fantastic!

Logistically, everything was great and very well organized. The gift was a beautiful addition to the already great client relations that occurred pre, during and post-show from Nate and Kevin.

We have had a lot of Dueling Piano performances in the building and the constructive feedback that came back was the energy from Melia could improve. For an interactive style of evening that Dueling Piano's naturally creates, lacked a bit. This feedback came from our mostly "regulars", all still had a great time.

They were amazing!!

There seemed to be a disconnect between the players and the planners as the players did not have enough time for set up. No issues that guests would have noticed, but the players did not have a chance to get a sound check in before starting their first show. They were both GREAT! We would love to have the back anytime!

At this time I truly can't think of anything they guys were fabulous and everyone had an amazing time.

I unfortunately wasn't onsite and only started the discussion with Felix and Fingers before our Events Team took over, but I heard nothing but great remarks about how awesome the shows were and how amazing our performers were.

The guys did a fantastic job entertaining our guests - ton of compliments. Really easy to work with and very accommodating. I will definitely recommend you guys to anyone that asks. Thanks for everything!!

The only area of improvement that I could single out would be checking in more proactively during the planning process. This is a very small thing to point out, as the overall experience was fantastic.

The planning process was great and very thorough, however I didn't know one of the performers wasn't coming until 20 minutes AFTER she was set to arrive...and she had all the equipment...three hours away. I know there was some sort of family emergency, however the late notification caused some serious hiccups, both visible and behind the scenes. The player was swapped out at the last minute and the two that were there were great and our members were very entertained and loved the event.

I will reach out to the individuals who helped with the planning process regarding our day of challenges.

Overall great experience. Robert and Casey were great and the interaction from start to finish was very professional.

We had so much fun! We had songs to sing to, songs to dance to, and everything in between! Everyone had an amazing time!
