We enjoyed having the piano entertainment at our holiday party. Just a couple of small things that I noticed the night of the event. I know there was travel involved for one of the players from Kansas City and he had all of the equipment, he arrived around 5:20 and then they began setting up. Per our contract, we were told to be available by 4 p.m. so we made these arrangements. They were still getting set up as guests were arriving. It wasn't a huge deal.

They didn't seem to know what our schedule was I went over with Robert. DJ music from 6-6:45, then our President would speak, and then at 7:00 p.m. they could start the entertainment. Again, not a huge issue, they did a nice job entertaining our guests.

The sound system for one of the performers was better than the other. There was almost an echo sound in one of the speakers.

First, let me say the outcome was great for our attendees who all had a great time, and that is really what is most important to me. Behind the scenes, I'll leave this feedback: The 45 min planning call with Mike Sherman held prior was a little disorganized. The information relayed via the pre survey wasn't in front of him and we had to rehash the same information as before (this was beyond confirming things, it was answering questions already answered). When musician Chris Heroldt arrived for the gig, he said he didn't have the proper room size in his information (60 vs. 600). This led to us having our separate production staff helping them get hooked into our audio system which was set for the next day's event. This was fine, but unplanned, ate up already limited set up time, and could have easily been planned for. Chris was also surprised by the stage set up (center of room), which was discussed in the planning call. There were moments I didn't feel like a respected customer, and rather like someone who had inconvenienced F&F, when we had followed all instructions. In the end, it all worked out and our attendees had a great time, because you have extremely talented players. I totally understand how hard it is to juggle equipment and musicians in the busiest time of the year - I think a little more internal communication could improve the experience for everyone.

You all made it so easy to get this booked and paid for. Your staff was professional and helpful no matter who I spoke with.

Sort of a funny coincidence but one of the players (Jen?) was the cousin to one of our employees in attendance at the party! They had no idea that they would be at the same place for the event. Chris & Jennifer were awesome, wish we could have had a bit more holiday music but that was ok, I think it worked out well and everyone was very pleased by their playing and singing.

I honestly did not know what to expect, but the entertainers did a great job of reading our group and giving them what they wanted! Yay!
