Someone had the awesome idea of holding this fundraiser at an event center located in a century old building. This was indeed a convenient location next to downtown El Paso. Seeing that this was an indoor/outdoor event, we set up in the courtyard with perfect weather on our side. Our performers for this event were Mike Sherman and Tim Georgeff. Tim is one of our players in Texas and he provided the equipment for the show.
Have you ever seen a extravagant hamburger dinner? Felix and Fingers can’t begin to say how surprised (in a good way) we were to see such a fancy hamburger plating! For example, each place setting had it’s own individual mini condiment bottles, attention to detail was impressive at this event. A Great City to Perform In
El Paso, Texas has amazing cultural music, from pop to Latino to rap and even some jukebox favorites. Speaking about music, Tim supplied the pianos, one black and the other white. After dinner guests strolled outside for our fun and interactive dueling piano. In fact, the weather was so nice we kept forgetting we were outside. Furthermore, requests were piling up and the center of the Epic Railyard Fundraiser became a dance floor. A highlight of the evening was a fun dance song called Get Lucky by Daft Punk, it had guests showing off their great dance moves!
