If you’re searching for an all-inclusive wedding and event venue, check out our Drakewood Farm Wedding Celebration. Everything ran like clockwork and the farm’s staff were so friendly! Our performers for this event were Ben Avci and Sara DiClemente. We definitely left our mark in Goodlettsville, Tennessee. Felix and Fingers wish Chris and Sara a lifetime of love and happiness!
Drakewood Farm Wedding Celebration Goodlettsville Tennessee
Drakewood Farm has an amazing setting. It’s actually stunning. Just 20 minutes from downtown Nashville, this all-inclusive farm holds a super country farm feel. Situated on 40 acres of rolling farmland, Drakewood Farm is simply gorgeous. Furthermore, there is an 1850 mansion with two bridal dressing suites. Additionally, there are three barns and a stunning 4,000 sq. ft climate controlled reception space.
Need more? There’s also a groom’s cottage and multiple ceremony locations including a popular wooded ceremony location. From catering to entertainment, Drakewood Farm will customize your wedding to be a perfect event! If you would like a tour of Drakewood Farm, please click here.
Chris and Sara were notably true fans of the “Boss.” Sara walked down the aisle to a beautiful piano arrangement of Bruce Springsteen’s Jungleland. Tucked away in the woods, this made for an amazing wedding vow environment. As a matter of fact, Drakewood Farm is simply stunning with its surroundings. Hence, a guaranteed magical day awaits you at this farm. Give Drakewood Farm a call, you’ll be glad you did!
Light and Fun Speeches with Pianos All Over the Place
Pianos were all over the Drakewood Farm Wedding Celebration. A pianist played on the patio as guests arrived and sipped on champagne. Another pianist played during the ceremony in the forest at property edge. Chris and Sara even had a pianist play classic rock covers on the patio during cocktail hour. And, of course, the Dueling Pianos show itself! What an amazing collaboration of music at this wedding. We LOVED it.
The speeches were light and fun while also full of love and support for the happy couple. The bride’s brother even made an appearance through a cardboard cutout. We thought that was awesome. Jake addressed the crowd on the first song with “Are you guy’s ready to party?!” He then sat down on his chair which completely collapsed, throwing Jake dramatically onto the floor. Jake didn’t miss a beat. He proceeded to get back up and shouted ROCK AND ROLL!!! Jake then got back up on his stool and then musically blew our crowd away the entire night.
The audience loved us. Everyone sang and danced along to our show all night long. Above all, our highlight was seeing the bride get down to Play That Funky Music by Wild Cherry. Sara had the time of her life with that song. We loved her dance moves–they were awesome! The Drakewood Farm Wedding Celebration had a super summery feel to it when Sara and Chris handed out flip flops. Everyone matched the color of the wedding with their new flops. All in all, this event was amazing and our guests were a joy to play for. Felix is happy to place another successful wedding in their books. To sum up, we sent EVERYONE home happy!
